It just takes a Second

Your subconscious is the part of your mind that can influence you or affect your behavior even though you are not aware of it. … A subconscious feeling or action exists in or is influenced by your subconscious.

The most powerful aspect is the subconscious mind, Your subconscious mind is 1000 times stronger than conscious mind.

How does the subconscious mind work?

I am not going to be scientific don’t worry…LOL..!!

The subconscious mind is the part of the belief that makes you believe in yourself with your thoughts, choices, and decisions. It can make you feel strong as well as weak.

Have you ever thought about the period between waking up and getting up?

As we all have a snooze button on our tech, we use that every morning. We set an alarm at night, sleep well, and when the alarm buzz we all do the same thing, which is clicking the buzz button on the screen. Then all the seniority talks come up, 8hr sleep is necessary, I slept by 3:00 at night it is so early for me to wake up, I think I should sleep more, We all think about all this stuff and back to the “fairy dreamy world.!!”

That is the actual time where the subconscious mind is having the power, the thing we need to do is fight it back to take control of all the sensibility coverage. If we can not take hold of power at this point, we may never be able to be in power with our life way.

Fight Back

People think a lot, thinking is not bad overthinking is. One needs to figure out necessary thoughts characterizing it as active thought and who’s directing the show. Even a dream is picturization of an inactive mind which is the storyline of some fear, need, guilt, desperation, etc. Something or the other is mesmerized by mind after every second.

“Looking at the Lamborghini passing by desire overflow within a sec of a look without realistic thought you just cry out ‘ Freking hell wanna buy this beast’, Just a min later another McLaren is passing by and the same reaction reflect as if hit by the mirror wall’

The cry you make at that moment is not the realistic thought of need or like. It’s the wall between your actual thought and thought of a moment. Thought of moment is so realistic that we don’t even pressure out actual mind to break the wall between.

Fighting back is all about choosing the right source of thought within your head projecting it in the right way.

Be Conscious -> Take a pause -> Replay your thought -> Filter -> Act

IT JUST TAKES A SECOND..!!

“A funny story every person has acted”

A whole day spent fighting between two souls. Both wanted to talk to each other but not a smooth talk as ‘act of anger’ should be kept in the hold so talks transformed into sarcasm, indirect interaction. Point of break arrive within one of dem ‘though of ending fight’ but that is not what’s gonna happen ..!! another thought wave strike within an ocean with much stronger force ‘ ending this can explain myself as weak, I should not do so’ where everything comes back to the same point of faking anger. The fight goes on and on for days which results in unhealthy relational disappearance.

Moral: The few seconds spent on thinking twice and fighting with stronger consciousness could be a likeable result of affection.
